This weekend was my sweet niece’s 1st birthday party! My sister wanted to have a really fun birthday theme for her daughter’s party and what is funner than a Carnival! We set out right away to do “research” on Pinterest by creating a Party board on Pinterest. There are so many great and cute ideas it was hard to choose. So here are all the fun photos from the Carnival 1st Birthday Party I styled!
Pretty Pinks & Yellows at This Carnival 1st Birthday Party
The Carnival 1st birthday party was held at my mom’s backyard, who brought such great ideas and creativity to the party. It started out as a damp morning but the rain held up for our festivities. Take a look at how it all turned out!
The dessert table was filled with all kinds of delicious carnival goodies. We had cupcakes, marshmallow carnival peanuts, Saltwater Taffy, Caramel covered popcorn with peanuts, etc.
The Cake table was across the yard under a white tent. So pretty!
I saw a different version of this Ferris Wheel cupcake holder on Pinterest and knew it would be perfect for the party. So I found this one for a great price.
Party Snacks & Sweets
There were candy apples (made by a friend of the family Fanegie)…
Red Velvet Cupcakes…
Caramel Covered Popcorn with Peanuts…
and much more!
Here are some cute photographs of the birthday girl and her parents!
Little Mayah and her Daddy.
Mayah’s mommy!
Here are some more cute photos of the birthday girl enjoying her smash cake!
Kids had face painting from Alicia’s Face Painting and a cute little tent filled with balls.
Kids had tons to play with and yummy treats to eat all day long. Like these great “Popcorn” & “Ice Cream” Cake Pops made by family friend Sharmayne.
Then we had cake! It was a delicious strawberry cake with French creme filling.
We gave out the most delicious cookies I mentioned in my last post about My Newest Favorite Things. Wonderful Cookies from Not Betty Cookies.

Hi!! Did you personalize the carnival party printables yourself and what set did you get? Thanks so much.
Hi Morgan,
We got the Carnival party printables from The TomKat Studio. Here’s the link: http://shoptomkat.com/item_828/Vintage-Circus-Printable-Party-Collection–Girls.htm You can print out the labels and either write on them or print over them with the whatever fonts you have.
Hi Rosie, I am planning a similar birthday party for my one year old and was wondering where you got the yellow and white striped background and the ferris wheel? Beautiful!
